Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Vadodara. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing strong, long-lasting client relationships. Daily tasks include implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience of 2-3 years in Business Development and Lead Generation in IT/Software Firm
  • Strong understanding of Business practices and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build professional relationships and meet targets
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
