Kryptech Cyber Solutions is a fast-growing cybersecurity company offering training programs (CCP & CVP), corporate workshops, VAPT services, and digital forensics. We are now expanding and looking for a driven BDE to help scale our business.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Business Development Executive. The BDE will be responsible forlead generation, outreach, client communication, and converting prospectsfor both our training and cybersecurity services. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive strategies for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Education Sales

  • Reach out to colleges, universities, and coaching centers for seminars & training tie-ups
  • Convert student inquiries for CCP & CVP courses
  • Schedule demo sessions and follow-ups
  • Manage walk-ins and WhatsApp/Instagram lead conversions

Cybersecurity Services Sales

  • Approach businesses, startups, and organizations for VAPT, forensics, and awareness workshops
  • Prospect and develop B2B clients
  • Maintain a pipeline of hot/warm leads
  • Arrange meetings for the Founder

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Confidence in talking to students, faculty, and business owners
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity (we will train you)
  • Strong follow-up attitude
  • Ability to meet targets
  • Previous BD/sales experience (1-3 Years)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is advantageous
