We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive growth through both outsourcing platforms (such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) and direct client engagement (local and international). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, crafting winning proposals, managing client accounts, and helping scale our service offerings in the competitive IT market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Upwork/Freelancer, emails, etc.
• Write and send proposals to international clients.
• Conduct client meetings and calls to understand requirements.
• Work with internal technical teams to prepare quotes and solutions.
• Maintain CRM for lead updates and sales pipeline.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Research markets, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong lead generation and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, CRM tools
• Ability to write proposals and prepare presentations
• Basic understanding of IT services (web development, app development, marketing)
• Confidence, target-oriented approach
