Role Description

This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Coimbatore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. This involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client business needs, and effectively communicating KCS's services to achieve business goals. Additional tasks may include collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements with company capabilities and contributing to strategic development efforts.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation expertise to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Strong Business and Account Management skills for building sustainable client relationships and managing accounts effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for stakeholder interaction and client presentations.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and adapt to dynamic business environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a business development or sales in Recruitment Industry is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative office environment.
