KGen is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our brand partnership ecosystem. You will be the face of KGen in the market — building relationships, generating leads, and closing partnerships that drive meaningful revenue and brand visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close brand partnership deals aligned with KGen's growth objectives
- Own the complete partnership lifecycle — from first outreach to deal closure and post-partnership success
- Build and manage a robust self-sourced lead pipeline through outbound outreach, warm referrals, and research
- Represent KGen at industry events, brand forums, and networking summits to drive strong market visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored partnership proposals, decks, and campaign concepts
- Nurture and grow a high-quality network of brand managers, CMOs, and marketing leads
- Track and report pipeline metrics — conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue targets via CRM
- 08Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within the existing partner base to maximise account value
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging brand verticals to unlock new opportunities
Requirements
- 2.5 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, or a similar sales-led role
- Proven track record of successfully closing brand partnerships or media deals end-to-end
- Strong existing network of brand decision-makers, agency leads, or marketing heads
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-quality outbound lead generation pipeline
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all seniority levels
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior exposure to the creator economy, influencer marketing, or D2C brand ecosystem is a strong plus.
