Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Nagpur. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and developing growth strategies to expand the client base. Regular tasks include engaging in business negotiations, creating and maintaining reports, collaborating with internal teams to achieve objectives, and exceeding sales and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
