Business Development Executive
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with 34 years of international B2B presales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, IT, or services. The role focuses on US market lead generation, prospect engagement, proposal creation, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify international leads and create customized proposals and presentations
Conduct market and competitor research (primarily North America)
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, digital ads)
Engage prospects via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings
Develop and update sales/marketing collaterals
Manage CRM records and track leads
Coordinate with internal teams for timely proposal delivery
Analyze campaign performance and report KPIs
Requirements
34 years of B2B presales/lead generation experience with US clients
Excellent English communication skills
Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel and customer journey
Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Mailchimp, MS Office
Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working US night shifts
