Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, building long-term relationships with clients, and supporting the implementation of strategic business goals. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, improve client engagement, and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
- Good understanding of business processes and strategic planning
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Familiarity with the electrical or engineering industry is an advantage
