Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for domestic B2B pharma sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through e-commerce platforms like IndiaMART and converting them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales

Develop new clients in domestic pharma markets

Maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and stockists

Achieve monthly sales targets

Negotiate pricing and close deals

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

Maintain lead and sales data in CRM or Excel

Regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B pharma sales

Hands-on experience with IndiaMART lead generation is mandatory

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market

Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Skills

• Experience in third-party manufacturing / PCD pharma
• Existing network in pharma distribution
• Must have experience in E-commerce sales (Generating leads from e-commerce platforms)
