About the Role

We are hiring a fluent Italian-speaking Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Communication team.

This is a full-time role where you will speak only with warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling, no prospecting lists.

Your responsibility is to build rapport, communicate product value clearly, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Connect with warm leads provided by our internal team
• Conduct Italian-language sales calls
• Present product value in a compelling consultative way
• Drive conversions toward purchase
• Maintain CRM notes & follow-ups

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Italian (spoken + written)
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Comfortable with phone-based selling
• Self-driven & target-oriented
• Experience in sales / closing (preferred)

• Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (full time)
• Location: Remote
• Start Date: Immediate joining
• Compensation: INR 20,000 - INR 25,000 per month
