Role Description
We are looking for a confident and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate leads through cold calling and convert them into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and generate leads
- Present and promote company services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Good sales closing skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Qualifications
- MBA / Any Graduation
- Candidates with experience or knowledge in Digital Marketing Services or IT Product Sales are preferred
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in high-ticket sales closing
Experience
- 0–2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Cold Calling
