Role Overview We are looking for dynamic Relationship Managers to drive end‑to‑end sales of Club Mahindra Holiday Memberships (Keystone). This is a field sales role involving lead generation, customer meetings, presentations, and closing sales.
Locations: Delhi, Chandigarh & Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Generate leads via self‑sourcing, references, and member networks.
- Meet prospective customers face‑to‑face, deliver presentations, and close sales.
- Support new members in booking their first holiday and generate referrals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in direct/field sales (hospitality, timeshare, insurance, banking, real estate, telecom, or other high‑ticket products).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, flexible with work timings.
