Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for dynamic Relationship Managers to drive end‑to‑end sales of Club Mahindra Holiday Memberships (Keystone). This is a field sales role involving lead generation, customer meetings, presentations, and closing sales.

Locations: Delhi, Chandigarh & Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Generate leads via self‑sourcing, references, and member networks.
  • Meet prospective customers face‑to‑face, deliver presentations, and close sales.
  • Support new members in booking their first holiday and generate referrals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing members.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in direct/field sales (hospitality, timeshare, insurance, banking, real estate, telecom, or other high‑ticket products).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated, flexible with work timings.
