Shift Timing: Night Shift 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Aligned with USA business hours)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This full-time, night shift role is focused on building strong relationships with clients in the USA market and driving business growth through customized service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, online research, and other outbound methods targeting USA clients.
- Convert leads into long-term business opportunities and recurring revenue.
- Understand client needs and offer personalized service packages tailored to their objectives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing structures, and presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
- Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the US market.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0 to 6 years in sales or business development (preferably in a service-based or IT environment).
- Shift: Must be comfortable working in night shifts to support USA clients.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sales Skills: Goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and confident in handling objections and closing deals.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), MS Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
