Robosouls is looking for a proactive and driven New Business Development Executive to help expand our client base in printing, packaging, and corporate gifting.
This role is ideal for someone confident in cold calling, generating leads, and convert warm leads to meetings. If you enjoy connecting with people and converting conversations into business opportunities, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and references
- Identify potential corporate clients in printing, packaging, and marketing collaterals
- Schedule meetings
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong cold calling and lead generation experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Basic understanding of B2B sales process
- AI proficiency and ability to use AI tools for lead research, outreach personalization, and productivity
Location: Gurgaon | Full-Time | On-site
Salary Range: Rs. 25,000 - 40,000
