Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Mohpa. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and contributing to the development of strategic business initiatives. This role involves proactive communication, negotiation, and the ability to understand client needs, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business concepts and strategic planning
• Effective Communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in Account Management, including resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and goal-driven environment
• Proficiency in identifying market trends and opportunities
• Relevant experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
