Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and managing strong client relationships, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, account management, cold calling, and developing strategic partnerships to expand the client network. The role also involves market research, creating presentations for prospective clients, and contributing to the company's overall business strategy.

Qualifications
  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business Strategy and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles is preferred
