Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at iSkillBox, a leading provider of professional training and learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth by promoting our portfolio of training programs and services.
This role plays a key part in expanding our reach within corporate and educational sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify New Business Opportunities:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients requiring corporate training, professional development, and learning solutions. This includes research, networking, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as HR managers, training coordinators, and business leaders.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Conduct presentations, meetings, and demos to showcase training solutions.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine business strategies.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation:
- Collaborate internally to create customized proposals and training packages. Support contract discussions and closures.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics. Share regular updates with management.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Experience in corporate training, learning & development, or education sector is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools
