Job Overview :

IRA Coaching is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive with 12 years of experience to manage digital leads, drive enrollments, and build strong relationships with prospective learners using CRM-driven sales processes. The role focuses on converting inbound digital leads into successful enrollments and maintaining long-term customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and work on CRM tools to track, nurture, and convert digital leads

- Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and platforms

- Convert digital leads into successful program enrollments / sales closures

- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and conversions in the CRM

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and working professionals

- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets

- Prepare basic sales and conversion reports using CRM data

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

- Proven ability to convert digital leads into enrollments

- Customer-focused mindset with relationship management skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
