Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in Upwork bidding to join our team. As a BDE, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities through Upwork. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and be well-versed in the platform's dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Upwork Bidding: Lead the end-to-end process of bidding on Upwork, including profile creation, proposal submission, client communication, and project negotiation.
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms and engage with them to understand their project requirements.
Proposal Creation: Create compelling, customized proposals that align with client needs and showcase Inzint's capabilities effectively.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Engage in price negotiations, scope discussions, and project closures while ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Company Branding: Actively represent and promote Inzint's brand online, ensuring that our company's image and value proposition are effectively communicated to clients.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development, with a proven track record of winning projects.
Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including profile optimization, proposal writing, and client engagement.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Familiarity with software development and digital transformation services is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
What We Offer:
Fixed CTC of 2.4 LPA to start off.
Incentive: Between 1.5% to 2% of the sales amount, depending upon your total sales for the month. This is the real income you will make.
