Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive for Engineering Design Services domain for an on-site, full-time role based in Mysuru. The core responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies for long-term growth. This role involves conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The candidate will also monitor market trends, provide competitive intelligence, and contribute to sales initiatives to expand the company's footprint in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Experience in market research, sales strategies, and proposal creation for engineering design services
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive sales
• Proficiency in CRM tools, data management, and business analytics is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the technology or business process outsourcing sector is an advantage

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Background in engineering is an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years in Business Development
• Minimum 2 years in Business Development for Engineering Services
