Role Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven Business Development Executive to acquire new institutional clients and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on field sales, relationship management, and institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Identify, approach, and onboard new schools, colleges, institutes, or institutional partners
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
- Close deals and ensure successful onboarding of institutions
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with school management and decision-makers
- Manage follow-ups, renewals, and upselling opportunities
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Field & Reporting
- Plan and execute daily field visits
- Maintain visit reports, meeting details, and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development / Institutional Sales
- Proven experience in school, college, or B2B sales preferred
Key Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
Salary & Incentives
Monthly Fixed Salary:30,000 50,000
Incentive:8,000 per school successfully onboarded
- Incentives are uncapped and paid as per company policy
- Additional bonuses may apply for achieving monthly targets
