Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B and B2C sales and a solid understanding of IT industry. This role is suited for individuals who are proactive, confident in client interactions, and capable of achieving sales targets in a structured, 5-day workweek.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client needs
Record and track all sales activities using CRM tools
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales
Strong exposure into B2B sales model
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with clients from various industry sectors (IT)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
