Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Mohali, Punjab. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include contributing to strategic planning, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients includingschools, colleges, institutions, and CSR partners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and coordination
- Conductmarket researchto identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Support and executesales and marketing strategiesto drive lead conversion.
- Preparequotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Maintain basicCRM records, lead status, and sales documentation
- Participate in meetings, demos, and discussions to support deal closures
Required Skills:
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain solutions clearly and professionally to clients
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office / Zoho Workspace(Excel, Word, Canva)
- Basic familiarity withCRM toolsand sales tracking
- Understanding ofdigital marketing fundamentalsand lead generation
- Goodanalytical, organisational, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Salary- 18000-20000
