Job Description

As a Senior Inside Sales Professional at Infopro Learning, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) from enterprise and Fortune 1000 companies. Using your enthusiasm, assertiveness, and strong communication skills, you will create meaningful engagement with prospects and set up qualified phone-based and/or face-to-face appointments for our sales teams.

This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, target-oriented environments and enjoys building relationships that lead to real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Growth & Lead Generation:
  • Drive revenue and pipeline growth by generating qualified Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and scheduling appointments with enterprise prospects for the sales team.
  • Prospect Engagement:
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, create interest in Infopro Learning's eLearning and performance improvement solutions, and position our offerings effectively.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Execute outbound calling and email campaigns using lead sources from field sales, marketing programs, events, business partners, and digital channels.
  • Consultative Selling:
  • Present key value propositions, features, and benefits while understanding and aligning with the prospect's business challenges and expectations.
  • Lead Qualification:
  • Conduct detailed qualification of leads identifying projects, timelines, decision-makers, budgets, and business needs to ensure high-quality opportunities.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build credibility and long-term relationships with decision-makers, including those not immediately ready to engage, nurturing them for future opportunities.
  • Appointment Setting:
  • Persuade and secure meetings (phone or in-person) with key stakeholders and ensure smooth handover to sales representatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in selling to the US market.
  • Strong cold calling and outbound lead generation experience (mandatory).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Prior experience in B2B inside sales or lead generation campaigns.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Tech-savvy and confident in using digital tools for research and outreach.
