Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of
IT and Digital Marketing services, particularly in Web & App Development and Digital
Marketing. The ideal candidate will have full ownership of the sales cyclefrom prospecting
and outreach to deal closure and client relationship management.
Location: Delhi, India
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, target, and acquire potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and email campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs, prepare proposals, and close deals for Web, App, and Digital Marketing projects.
Maintain consistent post-sales contact to ensure client satisfaction and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
Own and optimize the sales pipeline, track conversions, and analyze key metrics to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales for IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing agencies.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of Web/App Development, Digital Marketing, and CRM systems.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Government Experience Preferred
