Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who understands the pulse of the creator economy, excels in B2B sales, and can drive sustainable business growth in the influencer marketing ecosystem. The BDE, will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, and expanding Influir Media's client base. This role requires a proactive, sharp communicator who can translate brand needs into compelling business solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in driving sales within influencer marketing agencies or creator-focused ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and campaign structures.
  • Ability to draft compelling proposals and articulate strategic approaches clearly.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead funnels, and client acquisition processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with Influir Media's influencer marketing, meme marketing, content creation, and amplification services.
  • Identify, nurture, and convert high-potential B2B leads using effective inbound and outbound sales approaches.
  • Build and run innovative lead generation campaigns informed by market trends, competitor insights, and industry networking.
  • Create compelling sales materials - pitches, presentations, and business proposals tailored to client needs and reflective of Influir Media's creative strengths.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized, culturally relevant solutions that ensure impactful campaign outcomes.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for account expansion.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while sharing performance reports, insights, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
