Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive, based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting the agency's services. Responsibilities also include working collaboratively with the team to expand the agency's reach, engaging with clients to identify business needs, and maintaining accounts through personalized communication and follow-ups. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth and impact of Inclumodels.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business Management and Account Management
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and devise strategies
  • Proficiency in identifying and connecting with target clients
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic on-site environment
  • Relevant professional experience, especially in modeling, advertising, or creative industries, is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of B2C sales
