Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & qualification:
  • Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn and other B2B platforms
  • Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and social channels
  • Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Client engagement & presentations:
  • Conduct online presentations via Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms
  • Visit client locations for in-person meetings and solution demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Business development activities:
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation
  • Proposal management:
  • Prepare and customize proposals aligned with client requirements
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-ups
  • Negotiation & closure:
  • Participate in pricing and contract negotiations
  • Work towards closing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Reporting & coordination:
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Track sales pipeline and prepare regular reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate from lead to client
  • Revenue targets achieved
  • Client acquisition and retention rate
  • Number of client meetings (virtual & in-person)
