Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation & qualification:
- Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn and other B2B platforms
- Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and social channels
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Client engagement & presentations:
- Conduct online presentations via Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms
- Visit client locations for in-person meetings and solution demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Business development activities:
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation
- Proposal management:
- Prepare and customize proposals aligned with client requirements
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-ups
- Negotiation & closure:
- Participate in pricing and contract negotiations
- Work towards closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Reporting & coordination:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Track sales pipeline and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance)

- Number of client meetings (virtual & in-person)
