Key Responsibilities

  • This position is for Business Development Executive
  • End-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective Buyer leads assigned in CRM
  • Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties
  • Managing negotiations with Builder and Clients and ensuring deal closures
  • Lead generation through offline real estate network
  • Maintain and update data bases of daily activities as per company standards.
  • Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and objectives
  • Keep time to time update on on-going projects as well as newly launch.
