About the Role
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our technical training institute in Pune. The role involves generating leads, counseling students, converting inquiries into admissions, and building strong relationships with colleges and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries
- Convert leads into admissions through proper counseling
- Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp & email
- Conduct career guidance sessions for students and parents
- Visit colleges for seminars, workshops, and lead generation
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Maintain CRM data and daily follow-up reports
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred)
- Confident personality with convincing ability
- Basic understanding of technical courses (Embedded, AI, Data Science etc. preferred)
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environment
- Basic MS Excel / CRM knowledge
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred)
- 13 years of experience in Education Sales / Training Institute / EdTech preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
