Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming inquiries.
  • Clearly and confidently explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Follow up with interested leads and keep accurate sales records.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in customer handling, inside sales, or outbound calling preferred.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management software.
