Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements, recommend suitable properties, and schedule site visits.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure consistent engagement and conversions.
  • Present project details, coordinate with the sales team for closures, and achieve monthly targets.
  • Update and manage CRM entries, prepare daily and weekly reports, and conduct basic market research to stay informed about competing projects.
