Job Description

We are looking for a business development executive (sales) to join our sales department at FinGrad. As a sales executive, you will be discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through phone, we'd like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating with clients
  • Working on data handling using Excel sheets and our CRM platform
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Developing leads for the business through hot-calling only
  • Communicating with our customers and helping them with basic financial concepts, comparing stock brokerage firms, and helping them pick the one that suits their requirements best (training will be provided)
