Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound inquiries from corporate clients through email, calls, and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements (budget, occasion, quantity, customization) and recommend the most suitable gifting solutions.
- Share detailed proposals, pricing, and presentations in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams — design, production, and logistics — to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Ensure all communication reflects the premium tone and professionalism of the brand.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from inquiry to order closure and post-sale follow up.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and work towards repeat business.
- Support the sales team with insights from client interactions to refine offerings and sales strategies.
