Key Responsibilities
- Promoting services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits.
- Generating fresh leads through self-sourcing, references, and cold calling.
- Meeting and pitching service offerings to potential clients.
- Building trust by effectively handling customer objections.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients to ensure business continuity and referrals.
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Driving business growth and contribute to the development of new solutions and services.
- Identifying and developing logistics opportunities across the U.S. market.
- Building strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Managing multiple projects and tasks across cross-functional teams.
- Utilising CRM systems and sales leads to target prospective clients.
- Developing client strategies using appropriate marketing materials.
