Impetus Career Consultants is a growing recruitment and talent consulting firm providing hiring solutions including Permanent Hiring, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), and Talent Advisory services to clients across industries.

Role: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with companies with active hiring needs

Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and RPO services

Client acquisition through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking and references

Fix meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders and business stakeholders

Maintain sales pipeline and conversion tracker

Coordinate with recruitment delivery team for requirement understanding

Work on proposals, commercials and contract discussions

Build long-term client relationships

Required Skills:

14 years experience in Business Development (preferably from recruitment/HR consulting/staffing industry)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Understanding of recruitment business model is a plus

Self-driven and target oriented

Good LinkedIn outreach and email communication skills
