Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Cold Calling for arranging meeting with clients.
  • Security Manpower Industry experience will be a plus.
  • CTC: 2.75-5 Lacs
  • Experience: 6 months to 4 years. Experience in Security Manpower Industry would be a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Business Development and cold calling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
