This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth through strategic account management. The role includes market research, client engagement, collaboration with internal teams, and achieving sales targets by identifying potential areas for business expansion.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and strategically seize new opportunities
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Business processes and strategy for driving organizational growth and efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations
• Proficiency in Account Management for building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ability to analyze market dynamics and identify potential areas for growth
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• Prior experience in the IT or software industry is preferred
