Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in the Bangalore Urban district. The primary responsibilities of the role include identifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, building strong business relationships, and managing key client accounts. The executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives and contribute to the overall organizational success.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Experience in Lead Generation with the ability to identify potential clients and create interest in the firm's services or products.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Business and Account Management, including building and maintaining client relationships and managing accounts effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles is an advantage.
