Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive Fresher who can generate leads, qualify prospects, and support our sales pipeline. This role suits someone who is confident, organised, and eager to understand marketing services while helping the agency close new clients.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and shortlist potential business leads across multiple industries
Conduct outreach via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and calls to qualify prospects
Understand client requirements and match them to the right Profitcast services
Maintain and update lead data across CRM, sheets, and internal trackers
Schedule sales calls and follow up with prospects consistently
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service decks for prospects
Participate in sales calls along with the Marketing Director or Sales Lead
Track responses, status updates, and movement across each stage in the sales pipeline
Support paid lead generation campaigns by verifying and contacting incoming leads
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct information is shared with prospects
Maintain WhatsApp automation and lead nurturing workflows as per SOPs
Prepare weekly sales and lead performance reports
Follow structured communication, follow-up, and documentation processes
Meet monthly lead qualification and meeting scheduling targets
Represent Profitcast professionally and positively during client interactions
