Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Ernakulam. The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also entails developing business strategies and maintaining effective communication with clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation techniques
  • Expertise in Business strategy and Account Management
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in business development or related roles is preferred
