RVG HVAC Solution operates two business verticals:
1. RVG – Focused on HVAC parts and components. www.rvghvac.com
2. Mammoth – Focused on HVAC systems, heat pumps, and complete HVAC solutions. www.mammothapac.com
The position will support end-to-end customer acquisition, brand visibility, and business conversion activities across India Market.
KRA
1. Lead Generation & Customer Identification
• Identify prospective customers including OEMs, distributors, contractors, consultants, and project companies.
• Build and maintain a structured customer database.
• Segment customers based on geography, industry, and business potential.
2.Calling & Product Introduction
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce company profile and product range.
• Communicate value proposition of HVAC parts and HVAC solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and record key information.
• Qualify leads based on relevance and interest.
3. Meeting Coordination & Sales Support
• Schedule meetings (video calls or physical visits) between customers and sales management.
• Prepare basic presentations and product information before meetings.
• Record Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track follow-up actions.
• Ensure continuous follow-up until closure or clear outcome.
4. CRM & Database Management
• Maintain structured CRM or Excel-based customer database.
• Track call status, meeting status, next action dates, and opportunity stage.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, meetings, and conversion progress.
5. Social Media & Digital Marketing Management
• Manage company social media handles such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Plan and post product updates, industry insights, company news, and marketing content.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.
6. Website Management
• Update website content including product pages, company profile, and updates.
• Coordinate with web developers for improvements and updates.
• Ensure both brand websites remain current and relevant.
7. End-to-End Business Process Support
• Support the entire business cycle from customer identification to lead conversion.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the internal sales team.
• Track leads until business closure or final status.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
Education
Graduate or Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Engineering (preferred for technical understanding)
Experience
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, tele-sales, inside sales, business development, or digital marketing. Experience in HVAC, construction, or B2B industrial products is preferred.
Skills Required
• Strong communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Confident calling and persuasion ability.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Social media handling and content planning.
• Basic understanding of website content management.
• Organized and target-driven work approach.
