Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the book publishing and marketing space, including prospecting potential clients such as authors, publishers, and literary agencies. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting HubHawks services to prospective clients. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Business Development Executive will also track sales pipelines, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and contribute to revenue targets and overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with a track record of identifying opportunities and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospect research, outreach, and qualification of potential clients.
  • Experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present services clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in publishing, media, marketing, or related creative industries.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
