About the Role
We are a growing player in the Furniture & Interior Solutions space, offering a comprehensive range of modular furniture, loose furniture, and Turnkey Projects. We cater to both retail customers and B2B clients.
As a Business Development Executive,
you will be the primary face of the company in the market — actively generating leads, converting prospects, and driving revenue growth through direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & work on informative data of new clients or High Networth Individuals at the first stage.
- Conduct structured meetings with top-tier Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Project Developers to source high-quality leads and identify potential clients for Interior Solutions, Turnkey Projects, Modular Furniture, and Loose Furniture. (Also these structured meetings will be in coordination with the Business Development Manager)
- Generate leads through industry networking, referrals from architects and designers, field visits, and targeted market research. Convert leads into prospects and prospects into confirmed clients through structured follow-ups, relationship building, and compelling presentations.
- Deliver polished and confident presentations of our complete product and service portfolio to individual clients, corporate buyers, architects, and project teams.
- Manage the end-to-endsales cycle — from first meeting and proposal to negotiation and deal closure in coordination with the BD Manager.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and existing B2B and retail clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily activity logs, client records, and pipeline reports. Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management.
- Report to theBD Manager on a regular basis with updates on leads, conversions, and market trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Profile: Confident, well-presented, and articulate communicator — able to represent the brand professionally in client meetings.
- High IQ with strong business acumen — quick to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Proven track record in field sales, B2B sales, or direct client acquisition.
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience
- Preferred Background: Interior Design, Furniture, Furnishing and Ceramic Industry or a closely related industry is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for field visits (Within Ahmedabad or any outside assigned region).
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Preferred: BBA / Bachelor's in Business Management / MBA / Master's in Marketing.
- Candidates from Tier 2 or Tier 3 business schools are welcome to apply.
