Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales growth across B2C and B2B segments including architects, interior designers, builders, and direct customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Sales

  • Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, and references
  • Convert inquiries into qualified opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings and product presentations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Channel & Network Development

  • Build strong relationships with:
  • Architects
  • Interior Designers
  • Builders & Developers
  • Create a consistent pipeline through professional networks

3. Product Demonstration

  • Deliver compelling demos of Heseos smart home solutions
  • Explain technical features in a simple, customer-friendly manner
  • Customize solutions based on client requirements

4. Site Visits & Execution Coordination

  • Visit project sites for requirement understanding
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
  • Ensure proper handover and customer satisfaction

5. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain daily activity reports (calls, meetings, visits)
  • Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups
  • Share market feedback and competitor insights

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist in hiring and onboarding of sales/operations team members
  • Represent Heseos in exhibitions, events, and client meetings
  • Contribute to improving sales strategies and processes

Required Skills

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in client handling and negotiation
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Willingness to travel within the city
  • Passion for technology and smart living solutions

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate / home automation / electrical / consumer durables
  • Ability to understand basic technical drawings or layouts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel
