Job Title Business Development Executive

Location: Pune (WFO)

Experience: 13 Years

Employment Type: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing compelling sales strategies, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related prospecting tools to identify and qualify potential clients.

Drive business development initiatives with international clients across IT services and solutions.

Handle pre-sales activities related to Information Technology services, including solution positioning and proposal support.

Identify market trends and customer needs to build and maintain a robust short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipeline.

Conduct data gathering, market mapping, and research analysis to support sales strategy.

Follow up on new business opportunities and schedule client meetings.

Execute and continuously improve proprietary lead generation and data collection techniques.

Support senior team members in drafting RFPs and RFIs.

Communicate new service offerings and developments to prospective clients.

Provide structured and timely reporting to the Manager.

Build and nurture strong professional relationships with prospects and clients.

Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all pre-sales activities.

Proficient in using social media and digital platforms for lead generation.

Experience with tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.

Strong cold-calling and outbound sales experience.

Highly sales-oriented with a proven ability to convert leads into closures.

Demonstrated success in closing deals with international clients.

Familiarity with IT technologies such as Web, Mobile, and IoT solutions.

Required Experience and Qualifications (Mandatory):

13 years of experience in online bidding and pre-sales for Web development and Mobile application services.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience working with international clients and global markets.

Strong communication skills with proven ability to draft professional emails, create presentations, and lead client calls.

Mandatory experience working in an IT servicesbased company.

Ability to deliver effective and persuasive presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification:

Master's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
