Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive located in Kozhikode. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, building strong client relationships, and effectively communicating value propositions. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
● Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
● Conduct initial briefings with prospective clients to understand their needs.
● Present tailored service proposals and pitches effectively.
● Close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
● Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions.
● Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead management.
● Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and deal progress in the CRM.
● Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate insights into client
engagement.
