Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Development Executive to manage incoming leads, organize customer data, and support the sales pipeline through structured documentation and coordination.

This is a non-sales-heavy role focused on lead handling and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads from website, WhatsApp, and campaigns
  • Qualify and refine leads based on basic criteria (requirement, budget, urgency)
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM / Google Sheets
  • Communicate with leads to collect required information
  • Ensure proper documentation of all interactions
  • Assign qualified leads to the sales/closing team
  • Follow up for missing details and updates

Requirements

  • Basic communication skills (English + Hindi/Kannada preferred)
  • Good typing and data entry skills
  • Organized and detail-focused
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic tools

Important Note

  • No cold calling involved
  • This is not a sales or target-based closing role
  • Focus is on lead management, documentation, and coordination
