Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Development Executive to manage incoming leads, organize customer data, and support the sales pipeline through structured documentation and coordination.
This is a non-sales-heavy role focused on lead handling and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from website, WhatsApp, and campaigns
- Qualify and refine leads based on basic criteria (requirement, budget, urgency)
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM / Google Sheets
- Communicate with leads to collect required information
- Ensure proper documentation of all interactions
- Assign qualified leads to the sales/closing team
- Follow up for missing details and updates
Requirements
- Basic communication skills (English + Hindi/Kannada preferred)
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Organized and detail-focused
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic tools
Important Note
- No cold calling involved
- This is not a sales or target-based closing role
- Focus is on lead management, documentation, and coordination
