The Role
As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through their academic journey. You will provide support and advice on academic programs, course selections, and career paths.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students.
- Assist students in developing academic plans and setting educational goals.
- Provide information on academic policies and procedures.
- Monitor student progress and provide interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Guide students on Study Abroad & Domestic Education Programs
- Follow up with leads & convert prospects
- Deliver excellent customer support
- Maintain data using CRM & Excel
Ideal Profile
✔ Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Customer Care
✔ Strong convincing & sales skills
✔ Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls confidently
✔ Basic knowledge of Excel & CRM tools
✔ Fluent in Kannada
