Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Executive at GrowAI Edtech. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and drive enrollment for AI training programs. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and nurturing leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective learners, partners, and corporate clients. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and product demonstrations to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. The Business Development Executive will also maintain and grow key accounts, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a qualified pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management, including relationship building and client retention.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in edtech, professional training, or technology services.
- Comfort working in a remote, performance-driven environment with minimal supervision and clear ownership of targets.
- Familiarity or interest in artificial intelligence, data science, or technology education is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, CRM, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
